Hartpury Gaynor's Dancing Horses

The sell out audience saw Working Equitation, Grand Prix Dressage, Classical Dressage, RORs, Lusitano's. What a night. The videos will give you a good idea of what you will see at Hartpury.   on April 11th.

The Kelsall demo was a huge success, with a sell out audience.

Quaikin Horatio Bob to his friends) and Rhiannon have partnered one another since Bob was a yearling, all the way through where they are now in 2025, working successfully at Grand Prix. They have celebrated numerous titles and podium finishes at regional and national level, through all the levels up to and including Intermediate 2 at the Middle Tour Championships. Rhiannon is a working mother of two who is very proud of her Black Beauty 'Bob', and the incredible journey they're on. Bob is a 17hh 12yo gelding by Hotline out of a DiMaggio mare, and he was bred by Shropshire's Quaikin stud. He can be high maintenance but is so talented and a pleasure to ride - Rhiannon loves the feeling of togetherness they have when she's in the saddle.

Do you want tailor made music that no one else has, music that fits your horse and transitions exactly. Do you want music composed for you, do you want music no one else can source, do you want to impress the judges? Do you want your music to win? As the inventor of Dressage to Music as a competitive sport with Jennie Loriston-Clarke in 1980, Gaynor creates the music for riders to give joy and pleasure to the riders and the Demonstrations have always been in aid of charities, so over the years is proud do have donated to so many. Gaynor does not make any financial gain out of either creating the music or performing, as the sport she invented, it is something she feels should be created for beauty. 

As a multi-instrumentalist,  you can be really involved with your music, even choosing the instruments you would like your music to be played on. 

The costs she incurs in creating the music for everyone, cost of travel to venues, hire of venues are recouped from riders, but are nonprofit making, and could be considered her hobby. Gaynor as the inventor of the sport continues to enjoy creating the music, and gets immense pride from the performances of the riders using her music, whether they win or not.
